The first hotel in Romania under the Courtyard by Marriott brand had its official opening this fall, on October 17, 2019.
The hotel has 259 rooms and is built on a 16.500 sqm area, with 14 levels above the ground. The Courtyard by Marriott project is the second Design & Build project in the hotel industry that the Global Technical Group successfully completes this year, following the Hilton Garden Inn Otopeni, completed in August.
The works for this project started in October 2018 and was successfully completed in September, this year. The creativity and technical experience of our professionals allowed us to reach all the quality standards in the hospitality industry. The new Courtyard Bucharest it’s a four-star hotel, and has a spectacular design and offers more options and greater flexibility for future guests. Located in the business area of the city, surrounded by numerous office buildings, not far from Herăstrău (park and Lake), the hotel will have spacious and elegant rooms, 7 conference rooms, a Solt Dining restaurant, a non-stop shop and a well-equipped fitness center.
Many thanks to everyone involved in this project! Thus, through work and professionalism, the second project in the hotel industry was added to the GTS portfolio.
